Duggan Family Lawyers do not provide legal advice or services in relation to Binding Financial Agreements, also known as pre nuptial agreements or post nuptial agreements.

Appointments

Here at Duggan Family Lawyers, we want to make access to appointments as easy as possible. Our office is located in the heart of Darwin City with on-street parking available, as well as the option to attend appointments via phone or video call.

Michelle travels to Katherine once a month to provide legal advice and services and the appointment dates are advertised on the Duggan Family Lawyers Facebook Page.

There are three options for an appointment with Duggan Family Lawyers, which include:

  1. A Legal Aid Referral Appointment for up to 20 minutes at no charge. Clients are required to obtain the Legal Aid Referral Letter from Legal Aid prior to making appointment and once the appointment is made, they are to notify Legal Aid of the date and time of the appointment; 
  2. A Law Society First Interview Scheme Appointment for up to 30 minutes for $99 inclusive of GST and
  3. A Private Initial Appointment for up to one hour for $200 inclusive of GST.
